I am often asked how to design a space that incorporates both masculine and feminine points of view, so the design is balanced and represents all dwellers of the space. The example below incorporates darker colors with geometric patterns, as well as a wood cocktail table. Darker tones and wood elements are considered building blocks of masculine design, while patterns and furniture with curved lines are considered feminine features.
