May sound surprising at first, but the Living Room was cited by buyers as the most important room to be staged; when you think about it, it makes sense, the Living Room is usually the first impression inside of the home, providing a warm welcome and showing buyers how they can live in the space. Second, the Master Bedroom exemplifies the retreat, an escape from the busy hustle and bustle of daily life. Third, the Kitchen, the heart of the home. And fourth, the Dining Room, rounding out the living space potential where family and friends gather. So there you have it!! The top four rooms most valued by buyers. Cuban Design Project

Last week we finished up a six month labor of love for some amazing clients!! They love traveling to Cuba, so we coined our design "Cuban Nights" to be inspired by the deep, rich, colors of Cuban culture and cozy entertaining lifestyle. Some before photos are sprinkled in, you wont believe the transformation! To achieve this amazing result, we implemented this process; developed the design concept, created floor plans and incorporated some of what they already owned, developed the color palette, painted, framed personal photos, sourced and installed furniture and rugs, sourced and installed lighting, art, and decor, made pillows, upholstered chairs, assembled furniture, hung drapes, and styled it all!! A den, office, family room, and master bedroom coming up in tomorrow's post!
